SHIPPING POLICY
Customer Pick-up:
Merchandise is available for pick-up with no minimum purchase, however wholesale customers are required to purchase items in full bundles or cases to receive catalog pricing. Orders may be picked up at: 5555 Morton Ave Oklahoma City, OK 73128.
Metro Area:
The minimum order for free delivery to locations within 25 miles of our facility is $175.00. Orders that do not meet the minimum will include a $50.00 delivery fee. Orders for stock merchandise placed before noon will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.
Surrounding Area:
The minimum for free delivery to locations located 26-50 miles from our facility is $275.00. Orders that do not meet this minimum will be shipped via third party carrier and billed to the customer. Orders for stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24 hours of me of order.
Out of Town:
The minimum for free delivery to locations located 51-100 miles from our facility is $550.00. Orders that do not meet this minimum will be shipped via third party carrier and billed to the customer. Orders for stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 48 hours of me of order.
Changes or additions to existing orders may delay delivery. Backordered items will not incur a delivery charge.

Return Policy:
Damaged or inferior product claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and will be replaced at no expense to the customer. All other returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days.
Items shipped in error will be returned and refunded at no expense to the customer. For items ordered in error, buyer will pay all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Items may be returned to our warehouse, located at: 5555 Morton Ave Oklahoma City, OK 73128.
All returned items must be unused and in unbroken cases or bundles. Returns for custom products or special order items will not be accepted. Please call customer service at

Special Order Policy:
Items denoted S/O are special order only and must be purchased in full case, or roll quantities. Prepayment may be required on special order items. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on special order merchandise. Please contact customer service at

Credit Terms:
We accept Cash, Checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Credit terms are available for customers with approved credit. Minimum purchase for term customers is $25.00. Please contact customer service to obtain a credit application.
